The interior design of this hotel cocktail bar focused heavily on red and black hues. As such these were the tones used throughout its drinks menu. As a nod to the bar's name and location (in a restored wharf on Sydney Harbour) a series of photos of a drop of water were used as a subtle background image, with the ripples flowing outwards as the pages progress.
