For el vagón libre's 1st birthday an illustration that reflected the association's all-inclusive, eclectic nature was commissioned. The concept of collage was taken a step further with images mounted on cardboard and assembled within a model train wagon and then photographed. The success of this kind of 3D collage
led to it being adopted as a technique for other events organized by el vagón libre.
